Who Am I?
Bob Schultz is a screenwriter, producer, consultant, instructor, and co-founder of ScriptFest and The Great American PitchFest. He has taught screenwriters on a one-on-one basis, in stand-alone courses, associated with conferences and festivals and in academia for 15 years, and continues to work with in a mentoring capacity on an ongoing basis.
In addition to regularly getting hired to do rewrites and punch-up work, Bob has written two produced screenplays (and produced four films). He is currently adapting one of his spec scripts into a limited series comic book to be published in 2019 with illustrator Kev Hopgood (IRON MAN).
A regular instructor and moderator at the London Screenwriters’ Festival, Bob has also taught classes and consulted on pitches across the USA and Canada, and in Italy, Australia, and Romania.
Bob is also in the midst of launching the Fringe Bootcamp, a six-month workshop preparing and producing shows to premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe, and preparing to write/produce/direct several shorts with a small group of fellow writers/actors/filmmakers. They plan a 2019/2020 festival tour.
